Our Team

Home for Good is powered by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee all programs and operations. As our housing and services expand, we will transition into a staffed model supported by continued leadership from our board.

Lorna Woodham, Founder

The Rev. Lorna Woodham is an Episcopal priest, reentry social worker, and founder of Home for Good. She brings decades of experience supporting justice-involved individuals through pastoral care, community organizing, and reentry services. Lorna is committed to creating safe, stable, and dignified pathways home for returning citizens.

Dimidroff Haley, Co-Board Chair

Mr. Haley has extensive experience in counseling, with a focus on reentry and transitional services for individuals impacted by the justice system. Dimidroff is a prolific speaker and shares his 28 years in prison with justice-involved persons and community members, hoping to stem the tides of recidivism.  He is a reentry advocate, focusing on reentry housing and civic engagement by returning citizens.  He is a graduate of US District Court ReNew program.

Henry Wilson-Sadlowski, Co-Board Chair

Henry is a senior at Tufts University studying international relations. He has supported reentry services through the ReNew court program and worked on constituent casework for New Jersey’s 8th Congressional District. With experience in governance, community development, and volunteer service, he brings strategic oversight and a strong commitment to justice and accountability.

Lisa Marie Darby, Treasurer

Lisa has an MBA and MSW with professional experience in finance, tax services, and nonprofit compliance, Lisa ensures fiscal transparency and financial stewardship for Home For Good.

Lisa Millerand, Vice Chair

Lisa is a retired Rutgers University professional who now works with the Union of Rutgers Administrators, AFT Local 1766, where she is the founding president. With over 50 years in human rights, immigration, and labor rights movements, she brings deep expertise in community engagement, compliance, partnership building, and multilingual translation in French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Nancy Farrell, Secretary

Nancy brings over 30 years of marketing and development work experience in nonprofit spaces ranging from university book publishing, theater, and, most recently, human rights.
